Happy New Year....

We have had a good days games in the Premier league with things suggesting that we could see the top four blown wide open:

Man Utd lose, Chelsea lose, Spurs draw, Arsenal win, Liverpool win and Man City we shall see.

I think in light of todays games we can look forward to an amazing 2012 of football.

Bye bye 2011 and hello 2012...

    Sunderland 1 Manchester City 0 FT
    City are going to miss Yaya Toure when he leaves for the African Cup Of Nations... But although it is their 2nd loss of the season, it was a late offside goal in the 90+3rd minute so there is not real problem to their title hopes, just a blip in the road. Top 2 finish is still on the cards if they keep Nasri, Silva and Aguero fit and their defence stays solid.

    Hell of a result for Sunderland. I think you are spot on they will miss yaya but in a team so full of talent they should be able to deal with it.
